TEXAS CUP ONLINE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS

USYSA U11-U18/19:
 

1. USYSA State Association Signed Roster - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer

2. Guest Player Release Form (5 Max) - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer

   • North Texas Team Guest Player Release Form - for each guest player -  CLICK HERE

   • Non-North Texas Teams – Per Your State Association Rules

3. Valid ID Cards (rostered players, guest players  & adults) – Non-North Texas Teams Only - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer (In One Document)

4. Travel Roster (if applicable) & Travel Permit – Non-North Texas Teams Only - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer

5. Medical Release Form – 1 per player including guest players – have on hand

   • Does not need to be notarized

6. Manager will print Game Cards in GotSoccer

US CLUB U11-U18/19:
 

1. US Club Soccer Official Roster - UPLOAD TO Got Soccer

2. US Club ID Cards – valid ID for every rostered player and adult - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer (In One Document)

3. US Club Loan Form & Valid ID Card – CLICK HERE if needed – UPLOAD TO GotSoccer

4. US Club Soccer Medical Release – for every player – have on hand

5. No Travel Permission Needed

6. Manager will print Game Cards in GotSoccer

SHOWCASE TEAMS:
 

1. Please follow instructions above on check in requirements with either USYSA or US Club documents

2. Every team is required to update their GotSoccer Roster, including guest players

3. Player Profiles information coming soon

4. Manager will print Game Cards in GotSoccer

USYSA ACADEMY U8, U9 & U10:
 

1. USYSA State Association Signed Roster – must include all players and have required signatures  - CLICK HERE - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer

2. Academy Registration Form – 1 per player listed on roster - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer (In One Document)

3. Travel Roster (if applicable) & Travel Permit – Non-North Texas Teams Only - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer

4. Medical Release Form – 1 per player listed on roster – have on hand

   • Does not need to be notarized

5. Manager will print Game Cards in GotSoccer

US CLUB ACADEMY U9 & U10:
 

1. US Club Soccer Official Roster - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer

2. US Club ID Cards – valid ID for every rostered player and adult - UPLOAD TO GotSoccer (In One Document)
